Aegis Film Group was founded in 2003 by its CEO, Arianna Eisenberg, a writer/producer with 28-years’ experience in the entertainment industry. Starting with Paramount Pictures in post-production Arianna worked with numerous producers and studio executives in production and development and acquisitions – including Paul Haggar, Dawn Steel and Don Simpson. She left production briefly to do research and write independent analysis of the entertainment industry for various news media outlets in Hollywood and around the world. She has been sought after for her on-air expertise by the BBC, CNN, ITN and Channel Nine Australia. A member of The Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators, Arianna is in negotiations with a major publishing house for her third book for children, “A Sprite’s Life”. Additionally she is working on books “Heaven, Angels and Beyond” dealing with NDE’s and OBE’s, miracles and more. She has just finished “Mag’s The Magnificent” a children’s book for ages 1 to 5 and is starting “Herman and Hermoine: The Hampstead Heath Hedgehogs” for toddlers.
Her first novel for the Young Adults market “Jemiyah Jones & The Kingdom of Nir” is currently on Amazon and under consideration for the film version with Disney. She has begun working on book two in the series of 7, “Jemiyah Jones & The Vampyre Ghost Ship”. Arianna is an Executive member of Women in Film, Executive member of National Association of Professional Women, AFI and a Patron member of LACMA. Aegis Film Group is involved with the U.N. on a corporate level for their Women’s Watch program. Aegis Film Group is a subsidiary of Aegis Global Media LLC.
Steven W. Shultz – President of Aegis Film Group. Steve brings unparallelled experience in Creative Development having worked on numerous projects at Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, 20th Century Fox and Sony to name a few. He has an extensive background in Post-Production as well as Production. Some of his many credits include “Miami Vice”, “Shogun”, “Taxi” and “Mad About You”.
Carol Schild-Levy – Senior Executive VP Development. Carol is also Executive Producer on a myriad of film and television projects for Aegis Film Group. She also exclusively handles all of the Literary in terms of books and published materials. Carol began her career in Advertising, Publishing and Marketing opening the Literary Division of a boutique Agency in Los Angeles. She represented a diverse group of authors and playwrights for many years, being responsible for the publishing deal of The Freedom Writers Diary by author Erin Gruewell which exceeded over a million published books in various languages. The film version of the book was a movie starring Hillary Swank. Gruewell created The Freedom Writers Foundation which enables teachers and students to engage in fostering tolerance and diversity. Gruewell traveled to the Middle East at the behest of the U.S. State Department to meet with Israeli’s and Arabs in discussing her methodology. Carol has also developed two shows The Glory Road and The Gym.
Hasan Dalakli – Senior Vice-President Production Finance. Hasan has worked with all levels of the European financial markets and participants and currently heads our Liaison team in Europe and the Middle East. His years of entertainment expertise and business model strategies are incomparable and have assisted us in moving into markets heretofore untapped.
Amie Bergman – Chief Financial Officer with 22 years of top level experience in the entertainment industry. With an MA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of Business Amie previously worked as COO for several top Hollywood production studios. She is concurrently responsible for many high profile feature film and television financing packages . Amie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Aegis Film Group along with an unparalleled grasp of the dynamics of entertainment accounting and is a highly qualified, hand’s on financial manager.
Jay Kenoff, Esq. heads our legal team. Jay is Senior Managing Partner in the highly regarded Century City entertainment law firm of Kenoff & Machtinger and brings a vast array of resources and experience to the table. He is a highly skilled, entertainment industry attorney with an eye for detail and the deal. His structuring and deal making abilities are second to none and he represents some of Hollywood’s most prestigious producers and film companies. Protecting our interests through due diligence is paramount and at the heart of our legal team.

We have formed relationships with key consultants and advisors who are available on an as-needed basis.
